Electronic music pioneer Jean Michel Jarre was at WIPO's Geneva headquarters on February 18, 2014 to meet with WIPO Director General Francis Gurry in his capacity as President of the International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers (CISAC).
CISAC represents 227
collective management organizations in 120 countries, covering the
interests of over 3 million creators and rights holders. Jean Michel
Jarre, is a vociferous defender of creators rights. Over his 35+ year
career, he has sold more than 80 million albums.
